Colored labels for bottles and plastic containers, barrels, bottles, and cans are used in the chemical industry. These are usually large labels with unusual shapes. These labels are wound on rolls on cores with a diameter of at least 76mm. Made of PP polypropylene film (rigid, for certain applications) or PE polyethylene film (more flexible, working packaging, bending, the most popular solution). A paper top material can be used but then you have to be prepared for certain problems. The paper label, paper material is not sufficiently durable, so the label print is additionally protected by a layer of varnish or laminate (to prevent moisture absorption). Removable adhesives - peelable, strong rubber and freeze adhesives are not recommended for application on PVC materials. Customers often decide that the label should be additionally refined by gilding or silvering. Peel-off versions appear on the market, which have a nice photo on the front label and instructions and warnings on the inside. Warning and information labels (white and color) are also called trademark labels. This contains information on signs, symbols and warnings.
