Labels for Tyre (TYRES)

A special adhesive called TYRE has been used to produce labels for the tire industry. It is exceptionally strong (usually strong rubber, difficult to tear). Thanks to it, there is high adhesion to rough and other difficult surfaces. The adhesive construction has been specially developed to meet the highest requirements for marking in industry, especially high adhesion to irregular product surfaces. There are two top layers to choose from: foil or paper. The PAPER top material has a reinforced construction with ALU foil. The increased strength of the adhesive results from the lamination of the TYRE top material with an aluminum layer on the underside. This layer creates a natural barrier to the migration of the adhesive into the top layer of the structure. Cheaper wax foils can be printed on these labels.

APPLICATION: These labels contain information about tires, which is extremely important from the buyer’s point of view. There is a brand, type, parameters, dimensions and barcode. They are intended for more effective informing of buyers about the most important operational parameters of tires. TYRE tire labels can be used in various special cases because they are characterized by sticking to the most difficult surfaces.

Labels are most commonly used in the automotive industry, but also for marking clothing, fabrics, probes, and marking difficult surfaces that other labels do not want to stick to. Paper is not moisture-resistant, so it is recommended for indoor use.
