Labels with gold

Metalized labels made of gold material. These are roll-to-roll thermal transfer labels. They are made of a special top material of paper or GOLD type film, metallized, with a metallic gloss. The top material of this type is printed in color using the flexographic method. The metalized GOLD layer is coated with a special varnish that provides good printability. This is an alternative to cold (Cold Stamping) or hot gilding. These materials do not occur in the construction with biodegradable glue.

APPLICATION: They serve decorative functions. Decorative labels are designed to attract customer attention. They are particularly suitable for labeling bottles, wine, alcohol, beverages and food.

APPLICATION WITH ADHESIVE:

• special wine (various types) Acrylic adhesives allow for higher speeds and ease of processing. Fast labeling is important for large order quantities. Rubber-based adhesives behave better at low temperature and humidity. Conditions of increased humidity often occur during wine bottling. Rubbers have better resistance to the so-called ice bucket (i.e., storing the bottle with the label in ice for several hours, soaking the paper). Rubber adhesives have extended durability under such difficult conditions.
