Nylon

Textile labels - fabric inserts made of NYLON material, for the clothing industry. The most popular material used to mark clothing, textile products and footwear is NYLON. Thermal transfer printers can print on nylon although they are not “strictly” designed for this purpose. High-quality materials and good print acceptance guarantee resistance to washing and ironing. Then sewn into clothing, they serve as washing instructions, raw material compositions, size charts and manufacturer data inserts. Nylon and satin are supplied to customers on rolls as ribbons of a certain width that can be printed in any length. The most common nylon widths range from 10mm to 100mm. The standard color of nylon is white. For large quantities, nylon can also be dyed any other color. To facilitate printing and handling of nylon ribbons, label printers with built-in industrial cutters or less frequently desktop/universal printers with guillotine cutters (less cutting accuracy and lower quality) are used.
