Thermal colour paper labels

Colorful thermal paper labels TOP (thermal chemistries). BART printing house offers a versatile range of TOP thermal outer materials. In our flexographic label printing house, we cover any material chosen by the customer with color - paint from the PANTONE pattern book. A layer of paint is applied over the entire surface of the label and fixed with UV lamps. This method is safe, so labels can come into contact with food in the food industry. Currently, there is no TOP thermal material with biodegradable adhesive. TOP thermal labels are made of material from sustainably managed forests and have FSC and PEFC certification. On TOP thermal labels, you can print without using dye-sublimation using label printers such as ZEBRA. The surface of the color-printed label should be protected against abrasion using UV varnishes from a roller, e.g. glossy, with selection using polymers. Thermal labels are not protected with laminates. This raw material is smooth and non-absorbent, which allows for good finishing effects using cold stamping cold foiling.

APPLICATION: ECO thermal labels are intended for short-term applications on specific goods and do not have a long lifespan. TOP thermal roll labels with a protective layer that acts as a barrier against fat and moisture are intended for application on goods and, unlike ECO stickers, TOP stands out for its long durability. These labels are often used in industries such as bakeries, prices, logistics, advertising, warning labels, most often with a color-printed company logo. TOP paper has a coated surface that is less absorbent and unfortunately stamps stamped on it smear, and writing on this surface with a pen is more difficult.
