The main task of cosmetic labels is their appearance, and above all aesthetics. The cosmetics industry is one of the most demanding in terms of both the quality of product execution and packaging. Manufacturers from the beauty cosmetics industry often emphasize the uniqueness of their products by using cold stamping and cold foiling. Often, OPAQUE TOP or GLOSS paper and PP60 OPAQUE film are ordered for cosmetics to cover up incorrect prints. PP60 white gloss and matte films as well as white PE85 matte films are often used. Thermal white PP100 films. Transparent PP60 and PE85 films, Raflex and MDO. Silver and brushed PP50 films.

NO LABEL LOOK :
The trend in the cosmetics industry are labels called NO LABEL LOOK, which are supposed to look like the print was made directly on the transparent packaging and not on the label. The cosmetics industry is particularly demanding in terms of the possibilities and quality of labels. The effect called “No Label Look” was created with the cosmetics industry in mind. This effect can be achieved by using thin transparent films. Labels printed on such substrates look perfect on the packaging. The impression is created that graphic elements applied to the label were placed directly on the packaging. Compared to printing on packaging, the cost of producing a transparent self-adhesive label is much lower. Transparent self-adhesive labels are characterized by high quality of execution and printing. The best effect can be achieved by combining high-quality HD printing, appropriate transparent top material (proper label with appropriate weight and transparency), selection of adhesive that will meet the requirements of the labeled product, and selection of silicone backing on which the label will be placed. PP Clear film is super transparent and recommended for this type of application. On PE film, due to its natural opacity and non-transparency, it is impossible to achieve the NO LABEL LOOK effect. To achieve this effect, the silicone backing cannot be paper because it leaves an imprint and therefore a silicone backing from a film that is perfectly smooth (PP or PET) must be used.
GLUE :
There are several constructions of transparent Clear film and adhesives to choose from. The right adhesive for a given application is important. The PET film backing (23 or 30) is also important, which allows you to achieve the No Label Look effect. There are different adhesives and top structures for non-squeezable glass bottles, and different materials and adhesives for squeezable plastic packaging - working, such as shampoos, liquid soap with an applicator. Special applications include solutions where oils are used that cause labels to peel off the surface of the packaging. For such applications, we have a proven PP or PET material and a modified adhesive that is the only one on the market that works in such difficult applications.
