Hanging tags (without perforation)

Hanging tags with the product name, manufacturer's address and barcode are used for marking of textiles, clothing and footwear. Attractively printed tags exhibit excellence of product. Format tags, perforations, holes or pre-printed are made to order. The most common tags are perforated and holed for hanging. The tags are made of various plastics (PET polyester, polypropylene PP, PE, polyethylene, TYVEK, PVC). Both sides are prepared for thermal transfer printing and flexography. White, uniform surface provides good contrast for reading barcodes. The tags are characterized by good resistance to low and high temperatures, moisture, fats, chemicals and weathering. Most tags are used for marking products for metallurgy and construction materials stored "under the open sky." These include: bricks, roof tiles and paving blocks that are stored on pallets and/oroutside. They can also be used for marking timber in saw mills, timber depots, warehouses products. The tags are made of different plastics that are almost indestructable during the drying processes, impregnation, and for storage of timber. The tags are resistant to, high temperatures, chemicals, water and UV radiation.

Cardboard “labels” are used in the clothing industry. They are made of cardboard that does not contain glue. They are most often delivered in the form of rolls for printing and further personalization. They can be in the form of a stack, but this is a more expensive version than winding on a roll. Cardboards can occur in specific available grammages - thicknesses. The shapes of cardboard labels depend on the appropriate die cutter, cutting knife. The task of the knife - die cutter is to make the appropriate shape and form and also side cuts to synchronize the spacing of labels and make the appropriate perforations that help in sewing and tearing off successive labels - tags.

Colorful tags serving a decorative function have multicolored graphics, often with additional enhancements to raise the prestige of the marked product and indicate not only a high level of aesthetics but also uniqueness. The most common print is a color print with the company’s logo and brand on the obverse. On the reverse, variable data are printed using label printers on rolls directly at the customer’s site.

SOLUTION for HANGING with HOLE: Tags can have a hole on one or two bridges or with a push-out. A more expensive solution for technological reasons are tags with punched holes.
