It helps to work in the application of large quantities of labels. They allow fast, economical and convenient way of labeling a variety of products. Improves the conditions and productivity. This is the most popular model of the applicator and the most versatile. Model AP 60 allows precise applying self-adhesive stickers with a maximum width of 55 to 100 mm. Label length can be 18-60 mm. Expected roll labels should have a diameter no greater than 100 mm.
Semi-automatic label applicator DWR model, also known as feeder or label dispenser (dispenser labels). This device is designed for industrial applications. It has a sensor (sensor) space labels, no labels. DWR100 model can handle label widths from 15 to 100 mm.

Label Touch allows to print and apply in sequence adhesive labels on static or moving objects running on conveyor lines. It is ideal when an easy real time adhesive labels application is required.
The anti-rotary pneaumatic cylinder has a standard5000mm stroke, but can mount cylinders with longer strokes upon request.
The special application plate is designed to apply labels from a minimum dimension of 50x50mm to a maximum of 116x200mm. without any plate modification.
Thanks to the springs absorber system it is guaranteed the precision in applying the label on objects not properly parallel to the plate; the application cycle is of 20 labels/min. User interface integrated with Multilanguage LCD. It allows varius settings as well as the control of the printing cadences.

The Techno Touch label roll is suitable for label rolls with external diameter equal to 280mm, granting a long production autonomy. Techno Touch is also available in the Fast version, with a maximum stroke of 150mm.

EVP is our answer to the SSCC codification demand for single pallets according to the CE 178/2002 regulation. EVP is a complete and reliable system, suitable for different types of line, with the possibility to connect to all the managing software both for data collection and for the traceability of the labelled pallets.
A rotating arm and a pneumatic cylinder allow to safety apply two SSCC labels in A5 size on 2 sizes of the pallet. The modular mechanic structure and the use of high quality materials make it an easy system that does not require any special maintenance. The integration of a laser barcode reader on the application plate verifies the label application and the correct barcode traceablility.
EVP is managed by an industrial PC with W2000 TM O / S and 12" Touch Screen display that can "talk" to any operating and remote system. It has a network interface (TCP IP) and USB serial port for the manual collection of the production data throuch a Pen Disk. The connections to the line PLC are made throuch the I / O ports.
