Plug-in labels (Synthetic arrows)

Garden arrows or non-adhesive plug-in labels. Made of white plastic (PVC polyvinyl chloride), they can also be dyed in another color but are more expensive and less popular. Garden arrows have become a standard and are increasingly becoming a basic information and decorative element in horticulture. All required information is printed on them using thermal transfer technology. They are wound on rolls usually in one row, connected by perforation for tearing off. They are most often printed using industrial thermal transfer label printers but can also be labeled manually with markers, although less frequently. They provide high quality and durability of the print, resistance to scratches, smudging as well as weather conditions. For printing, the printer must have the appropriate structure and capabilities, the photocell - label spacing sensor cannot be permanently fixed. The sensor should be movable so that it can be placed in the right place. The arrows should be matched with an appropriate proven dye so that the print is durable. The standard print color is black. PVC materials are available in thicknesses of 0.20 mm., 0.25 mm., 0.28 mm.
APPLICATION: They are mainly used in the gardening industry. They are used to mark all kinds of potted plants in nurseries, tree farms, florists, garden stores, and botanical gardens. POPULAR DIMENSIONS :
PRINTING ARROWS ON TTR PRINTERS: Our label printing house recommends using a more expensive solution which is better resin dye for printing on plastic material. PVC is a difficult material and under external conditions this material is expected to have a resistance of about one year. Plastic material over time loses its elastic properties and crumbles under the influence of UV light and atmospheric conditions
