Labels with perforations

Perforations are small, symmetrical and linearly placed holes that facilitate the separation of parts of a given material. The silicone backing is separated. Such characteristic perforation in the form of perforation is also used in non-adhesive products - in this case, the proper material is separated. The type of perforation depends on the shape of the cutting die, so they can take various forms and thus more or less facilitate the separation of the material. The perforation on the silicone backing depends on the individual needs and order of the customer. In the case of elements of special purpose, the construction is carried out individually, according to the personal needs of the buyer. Most cutting dies do not have perforations on the silicone backing. The current list of dies is available on the ppuhbart website. The list indicates dies that also have perforation for tearing off. The selection of an appropriate perforation is best left to an experienced advisor/salesman who knows which material or die is best suited for a given type of cutting. The salesman will propose a die that is already available in the printing house. It is worth informing whether the perforation of the die should start with cutting or material. Perforations are most often used for scoring the silicone backing of labels for stack folding, but are also used for monomaterials such as foil or cardboard hangers/tags, tickets, garden loops, and seals.

APPLICATION: Where quick separation of parts of a given material is needed. In the logistics industry. Where labels are used in stack form.
