VINYL Labels

Highly durable VINYL vinyl labels wound on rolls. They contain a special adhesive that is difficult to remove. In large quantities, these labels are wound on rolls, in smaller quantities they can be in sheet form. Vinyl labels are made of a special material PVC film - VINYL and super strong specialist adhesive for outdoor use. Due to its construction, after application to a given surface, the label cannot be easily removed from this substrate. White, silver and other colors are available on request. White PVC foils can be color printed.

Vinyl material is difficult to print with thermal transfer printing and the appropriate dyeing foil must be selected to ensure good quality printing. Our printing house has two most durable resin dyeing foils that provide long-lasting print durability. We do not print on VINYLowych foil labels at low heating temperatures because even the best dyeing foil will not heat up well (slider temperatures from 0-5 are considered too low). The temperature from 10 to 15, i.e., maximum temperatures, ensures the appropriate quality and durability of the print. SPECIFICATION:

There are two types of outdoor PVC film to choose from. Standard PVC film with strong resistant adhesive. Unfortunately, PVC is not very good for the environment due to ecological reasons. What is durable is unfortunately not good for the ENVIRONMENT. Outdoor PVC provides 7 years of durability for outdoor conditions (sunlight, precipitation, frost). Also for use in maritime transport. A more expensive but more durable solution is CAST vinyl PVC film (poured), which provides 10-12 years of durability for outdoor conditions (sunlight, precipitation, frost). It is not used on FMCG products. Ecology is the most important in this case.
